"The park has minimal traffic coming to and from the site. The mature hedge/wooded areas and individual trees offer a great buffer to the surrounding agricultural landscape...The park has a good balance between pitches/ caravans and open areas. The developed area sits in a wider park that is composed of mature trees, wooded areas and open grassland."- Craig Best - Assessor
